Recipe Description
Ingredients:-Nonstick cooking spray-A 15-22 ounce package brownie mix-8 ounce package of cream cheese-3/4 cup of milk-3/4 cup powdered sugar-A package of 1 layer size white cake mix-2 tablespoons water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 15x10 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set it aside. Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions on it's package. Spread it evenly throughout the pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds. Gradually beat in the milk and powdered sugar until well combined. Add the cake mix and the water. Beat well. Spoon the cake mixture on top of brownie batter. Gently life and fold brownie batter to marble into the white batter.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in a pan on a wire rack. Using a wet knife, cut into bars. Store bars in refrigerator.
The bars should be cut into a 6x8 pattern, in order to feed 48 people. Enjoy!
