Prepare a double cooker on the stove.Add the butter and wait for it to start melting a bit.Now add the chocolate and mix it until you get a single colour.You can also start preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius now (356 Fahrenheit)

Add the sugar, eggs and egg yolk into a mixing bowl and mix it thoroughly. The mix must roughly double in size.Now add the molten chocolate and butter to the egg mixture and mix it all together.The last step is to fold the flower into the mixture. Do not just mix it, make sure that you fold the batter.

Prepare the mold of your choice with spray and cook or line it with butter and devide the batter equally into four molds.Place in the oven for 8 minutes and then leave them out to cool down. Once they are cool enough to handle with ease, you can carefully tip the mold over on a plate and gently wiggle it to loosten the fondant onto the plate.
