Recipe Description

Open your banana on the inside curve, peeling open a narrow strip just wide enough to get into the banana. Sometimes it's easier to start by cutting with a butter knife, since bananas don't always peel the way you want them to.

Using a spoon, scoop out a little bit of banana along the length of it. You don't have to take out too much, just enough to make your banana into a bit of a bowl. It should sort of remind you of a canoe at this point (like in the name - Banana Boat).

Spread some peanut butter into the hollow you carved in the banana. Then top it with chocolate chips and tiny marshmallows - don't be stingy, use as much as you want!

Close the banana back up, and wrap it all up in tin foil. Make sure you wrap it up tight, you don't want anything leaking out.

Put the whole thing right in the coals of the fire. You only need to leave it there for about ten minutes, just long enough for the chocolate and marshmallows to all melt together. When you take it out of the fire again, make sure you do it carefully and use tongs.

Remove the tin foil, peel your banana back open, grab your spoon, and dig in!
