To begin, preheat your oven to 325°F.Spread a sheet of aluminum foil on your baking sheet. Spray liberally with non-stick cooking spray (alternatively, the non-stick aluminum foil works wonders).Unroll the crescent dough and separate the triangles. Spread them evenly on the foil.Layer four pepperoni at the wide end of each triangle, as shown in picture 3.Cut each mozzarella stick in half. Place a single half on top of each row of pepperoni. (Picture 4)Starting from the wide end of the crescent rolls, with the pepperoni and cheese, roll towards the point. (Picture 5)Sprinkle each roll with with oregano and crushed red pepper flakes; the more you add, the spicier it gets!
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
