Equipment: Mix Master tray baking paper cooking oil spray spoonsIngredients 4 egg whites
Method:1. set oven to 120 Degrees Celsius on bottom element (if you have elements on your oven).2. Pour the egg whites into the mix master add salt and turn on high till eggs form stiff peaks.3. Add the caster sugar, a little at a time, and leave mix master on until all the sugar has been mixed in. to check it is mixed in get a bit of mixture and grind between your fingers if you fill some grains keep mixing if not it's done.
4. Add on packet of Oreo sprinkles to the mixture and mix till combined.
5. place a Marie biscuit on a tray and get a spoonful of the mixture and place on top. Repeat until tray is full. place tray in the oven to cook for about 1hr and a half. When ready turn oven off and leave to cool for about 20-30 mins. This recipe takes 10-20 mins and cooks from 12-24 depending on the size.ENJOY!
