1/2kg Meat (Beef)Salt Chilli Galangal Garlic Onion Bayleaf Kaffir lime leaf Coconut milk 1 tablespoon Maizena Vagatable oil

Minch the meat.

Spread the salt (don't to much) to the minched meat. Knead it well (or use spoon).

Add maizena to the meat. Mix it well.

Boil the water.

Ball your meat. I mean go make it balls. Do it when you're waiting the water boil.

Put the meatballs into the boiling water.

Grind the chilli, garlic, onion, and salt.

Fry the grinded seasoning Add the grated galangal into the pan Also add the bayleaf and the kaffir lime leaf into it.

If the meatballs is already well, separate the meatballs from the water.Dont throw away the water.

Pour the boiled-water into the seasoning pan. Do it carefully.

Put the meatballs into the pan. Cook it!
